At 7 Steps Learning Academy, we strive to create a safe, supportive, and transparent environment for all our families.

Please review our general policies below:

Weather

The safety of our children and staff is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, we will notify parents of any school closures or early dismissals via text message, email, website updates, and/or social media. We typically align our decisions with the local school district's weather closure policy, but we will always provide advance notice of any closures.

Tuition Payment

We offer flexible payment options to make tuition payments convenient for our families. We accept credit cards, checks, and ACH payments. Invoices for upcoming tuition will be sent to parents, who can then pay online using their preferred method. Tuition is due before the start of each new billing cycle. Our preferred billing cycle is bi-weekly, but alternative billing cycles may be available upon request.

Food

We provide nutritious morning and afternoon snacks, as well as breakfast. However, parents are asked to pack a light lunch for their child. Please inform us if you would like your child's lunch warmed before serving. We are committed to working with parents to understand and accommodate any food allergies or special dietary needs. Please inform us of any specific requirements your child may have.
